South Central Sports Performance+ Schedule

Strength Training 

Strength training is an important part of  fitness for all ages. Younger athletes in youth sports can benefit from strength training, as well adults. Strength training protects bone health, helps maintain muscle mass – which we lose as we age, and helps with balance and coordination. Other added benefits of strength training include burning calories more efficiently, boosts energy levels and improves mood.

Strength Training Morning Classes

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Strength Training Evening Classes

  • Monday / Thursday
  • 4:30 pm / 5:30 pm


High-Intensity Interval Training is a 100% physical effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. Through this training, your heart rate increases and you are able to burn more fat in less time. HIIT Training is available in group exercise classes in the South Central Sports Performance+ program.

HIIT Morning Classes

Athletic Performance Classes

South Central Sports Performance+ offers training and technique for all types of athletes. Each individual sport has its own sport specific need, so training received through this program is tailored based on need. During the 2 hour class, athletes receive an electronic sport specific workout to their phone to assist with training. By utilizing a 4 day rotation of training, each aspect is covered. The goal of Athletic Performance Classes are to train athletes to be physically prepared for their sport in strength and speed.

All participants must pre-register. A maximum of 12 athletes per timeslot is available. The class schedule for athletic performance classes varies based on the schedule of the athlete. Please talk with our Sports Performance+ to coordinate a specific time.

Sports Performance+ Junior Class

South Central Sports Medicine & Sports Performance+ offers Sports Performance+ Junior Class. Sports Performance+ Junior Class is a 6 week program designed for kids ages 7-12.

Sports Performance+ Junior Class is a unique, kids-only fitness program that will give your child access to gym equipment and exercises designed specifically for them. Our gym offers a safe environment that will boost your child’s health and wellness. Our coach will be there every step of the way to teach proper technique and encourage those participating in this fitness class which promotes:
•Functional Movement
•Proper Body Mechanics
•Improved Flexibility
•Increased Physical Strength
•Improved Coordination
•Cardio Exercise

Times/Dates: Classes start May 30th and go through July 28th. $75 p/month, p/child.

  • Ages 7-9, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10 a.m.
  • Ages 10-12, Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays at 10 a.m.
