Get Up and Move!

Did you know bones begin losing density in your mid-20s? Put down your smart phone and get up and move! Jump rope, dance and run. Weight-bearing exercises are key to avoiding osteoporosis later in life. We’ve got jump ropes, aerobics classes and treadmills at the Wellness Center. We’ll see you there.
